- The first step to customising your piece: Select the options available on the menu (Size, Frame etc). You can add a note in your order eg: "I prefer bold strokes" or "I like something flowy and feminine". This will help us when we are creating your piece.
- After your order is processed, three artwork options will be presented to you via email for your selection.
- The selected piece will then be delivered to you. The whole process takes about 2 weeks from the order date. Your artwork will be delivered to your doorstep via courier service!

Frames are made exclusive to The Letter J Supply handcrafted in Singapore.They are made with acrylic so it is light and safe for shipping.
Comes gift-wrapped in our own signature wrapping paper and a letter-pressed gift card. (without frame): artwork is packaged with a stiff board and plastic sleeve.
We do not entertain amendments on the art piece unless there is a spelling error. We reserve the right to reject any quotes without any reason given. A full refund will be made.
